What is AWANA?

AWANA is a dynamic children’s ministry for kids ages 3 years - 6th grade. Integrating games, handbooks, and Bible lessons, this program will help your children understand who God is and what His plan is for their life. Our AWANA ministry is open to everyone, regardless of whether or not you attend First Baptist Church.

What does it cost?

Annual dues are $15 per family, which help offset expenses associated with running AWANA. These dues are not meant to be a burden. If you need financial assistance, please see the AWANA secretary.

Check in begins at 6:30 pm, opening ceremony begins at 6:40 pm

All clubbers should come to AWANA with their Bible, handbook, and uniform. Clubbers should wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes to participate in games.

AWANA is a drop-off program, unless your child is age 4 or under. For children ages 4 and under, parents must remain in the building and are encouraged to attend the service upstairs while they wait.
