Deaf Ministry

At First Baptist Church, we love the deaf and hard of hearing. Many times the deaf have not had the opportunity to be under sound biblical teaching. It is important that they know the eternal truths of the Bible. Because of that, all services are signed for the deaf and hard of hearing.

A separate deaf Bible study class is held every Sunday morning at 9:45 a.m. Our desire is to carefully teach the Bible with lessons especially designed for the deaf. It is an exciting time to learn about the Word of God.

We also schedule times of fellowship with the deaf in our church and with the deaf from other churches in the surrounding area. Some upcoming events:
